I needed prescription dog food for my 80 pound dog while traveling. They asked me a bunch of questions about my 80 pound dog then sent me out the door with a bag of puppy kibble. I didn't realize until I opened the bag and saw it, then they wouldn't accept it back. Yes, I made clear to them I had an 80 pound, 14 year old dog.
