Customer service was excellent! Parking lot availability was stressful having 2 small
Children. I absolutely loved the sound of the ocean and view .
Although Im happy they are inclusive to pet owners .my concern is the odor of the room smelled like dog and I truly didnt feel comfortable walking on the carpet without shoes on . Love beach accessibility and microwave and refrigerator in the room . Tv not very kid friendly though . I couldnt access kids channels through spectrum which was disappointing for my kids . Clean rooms rooms other than the odor and outdated carpet and fixtures .

This is nothing but a bate and switch!!!! Nothing like the pictures! You look over a road and some houses!!! Do not be fooled by these pictures!!!! They show great rooms with large bathrooms and you get this cramped little bathroom and totally down scale. And the young lady with the 12 year old voice is a snooty and unhelpful person who LIED and said my husband knew about the view when she checked him in complete LIE! I will say that the room was clean but BARE with no decor at all. if you want to be able to look out at the beach and have the beach experience you do NOT want to stay here and deal with unprofessional front desk staff. Seriously! Horrible horrible horrible service!!!!!!!
Rooms: Horrible view what a huge disappointment!!! This is NOT a place to come and relax!!!!!
