OYO Waves Hotel Newport OR - NYE Beach

My partner and I loved our trip so much ! The staff were so kind and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean !

Lovely spot for a few nights. The pool and hot tub were great and clean. Rooms were big and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful! I do wish we were able to get to the beach easier as we could not find a path until we went about a 7 minute walk away. Other than that, it was a lovely stay! Breakfast was just a quick grab and go but more than I expected! Would stay again!

We arrived later in the evening and assigned a room. When we get to the room, the room wasn't even cleaned for people to stay in. The used bedding was on the chairs, no towels, and trash on the floor. We got assigned a new room, thankfully it was clean for the most part except for the hair stragglers in the bathroom. The next obstacle, we were told there was breakfast from 0800 to 1000. We get there at 0815 and the lady says there's going to be no breakfast for us. Definitely would not stay here again unless it was a last resort option.

Staff were great and rooms were clean however the walls had zero sound barrier and I could hear everything outside and in the rooms upstairs and next to me. I won't return because it didn't feel relaxing for this reason. Too bad because it was otherwise very nice.
