Still had benefits available in my VSP. Was told to call them. When I did and verified I stilll had $52 available, they are refusing to call them themselves and issue a refund for my benefit amount after being charged full price.

Weve been going here since shortly after they opened (starting in 2016, I believe), and have always been happy with not only the doctors but all of the staff. Weve purchased contacts and glasses for multiple family members, and if there have been any issues (very rare situation), they are addressed quickly. Weve recommended Owen to multiple friends and family when theyre unhappy with normal treatment from the chains or are unsure of where to go.

This was my first visit to Owen eye care. I was pleased to have Dr Owen do the complete exam. It was a very short wait after a brief check-in. The doctor explained 'what and why' every step of the way. In the past, at another clinic, I've had most of the exam done by a intern and been subject to a long wait to see the doctor. This was not the case at Owen eye care. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
