Excellent customer service! The individual who works the front desk is amazing. She opened the store back up for us at closing time to repair broken glasses. She took great care of us with the repair (and eventual replacement) of the glasses. I have been in this shop a few times and always have a great experience.

Dr. Marin goes over and beyond expectations! Frame selection is great for a locally owned, private practice. The opticians are helpful in helping you choose a frame and even looking up more options online.

Wow, where to begin. The good - friendly front office staff The bad - not a very good selection of glasses. The equipment looked like it was from the 70s The ugly - filthy. They use the same eye patch without cleaning it for every patient during first part of exam. When I met the Dr. there was old makeup all over the lens piece that changes focus to read the letters. I had to point that out to him, and when I did, he cleaned it with a dry Kleenex. When I asked if he was going to sanitize it, he said what ever floats my boat. Freaking disgusting. He finally cleaned it with a moist cleaning pad, he started making mysogonistic remarks about old ladies and their cataracts. I grabbed my wife and walked out and will never be back. Thinking about calling a governing body for Optometrists for a health check. Gross gross gross

Great experience with Dr. Marin over the last few years. Really friendly and informative. I had some eye concerns once and he took time outside of regular business hours to give me advice and inform me about what was going on. Great service. Highly recommend. I’ve been to a few different eye doctors and Dr. Marin is my favorite. #eyedoctor #optometrist #newberg #oregon
