Marina went over and above today! She helped me reduce my shipping cost with an easy fix of the packaging! She saved me $11! And I got a cool travel thing for my jewelry.

I was just dropping some mail to get shipped out per usual,(usually let's me leave it there on the ground so they can scan it) The man who works there came out screaming "hey!! You need to wait in line to scan your package" which is valid. I told him I just need to go turn the car off and when I came back, two other people were behind me. Once he was done with the customer he was worker with, he skipped me and took the other people behind me. The people behind me were so nice and let me go before them. The worker didn't say a word, slapped the receipt on the table and gave me the hand. Such bad service

The man in the front was straight up rude and racist Brushed me off and took people behind me even though my package I needed help with was right in front of him. Racist man. The woman is nice but that man is putrid.
