Taco Bell

Came in at 8:30 PM and waited in front of drive through with no response. Order inside on machine because no one would come to counter. On top of everything, order was still wrong.

My visit to Taco Bell today was great. I was recommended to try their new chicken burrito, and it was worthy of being tested. I also enjoyed the new guacamole salsa.

I placed an order and paid on my phone, but the doors were locked and all of the workers were hanging out at a table when I tried to pick it up. No one working, etc. They shrugged and said they weren't opening until noon, even though I had already paid for my order. I'm amazed this store hasn't been shut down yet.

If you think this taco bell will be open, because the posted hours say they are open, don't. They are always understaffed and will never be open when you go. They are closed today, not opening until NOON on a Saturday, after a brand new grocery store opened and brought huge crowds to the area. If you do happen to catch them open, they are the slowest taco bell ever. The window times are never less than 5 mins and often double that or more. I can only blame management. If you can't staff your store, clear out of the space and put in a restaurant that will appreciate the location like it deserves.
