Waters Edge Apartments

We absolutely love living here! We moved in one year ago, and it’s just been wonderful. The maintenance is VERY quick to get to you if anything is wrong, the management/ leasing agent is super sweet. We love the back area with the creek, it’s beautiful. Great place to call home.

My husband and I have lived here for over 3years and every time we fly back from visiting Family this place always feels like home. People here have mutual respect and kindness for each other and keep a eye out for intruders drifting through..🧟‍♂️🧟‍♀️.. And some of the other tenants here are pretty cool people too ⚧

Originally, we were skeptical about Waters Edge. We even canceled our appointment to view, letting management know it was due to online reviews. They assured us that management had changed, so we decided to check it out for ourselves. We really enjoyed our tour, applied and have had nothing but good experiences with management for almost two years. Great communication, friendly and attentive. During the recent ice storm, they consistently sent updates about the power outage, worked to create safe walk ways and provided battery powered lights for the hallways. The apartments themselves are surprisingly quiet and we barely hear the neighbors. The only complication we've experienced is limited parking, so if you have multiple vehicles or a lot of visitors, it can be a little tricky. Overall, we're happy here and would definitely recommend based on our experience. (:

This has been my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. The layouts are spacious and I love my patio (which backs up to bird filled trees with good privacy) and fireplace particularly. The rooms block noises pretty well as I rarely hear my neighbors. Management has been super good. They’ve been quick and proactive on service requests I’ve submitted. Honestly, this is a treasure of a place. The only downfall is the parking lot takes some time to get used to navigating.
