Fuller Commons Apartments

I used to live here. Reagan was the manager when I first lived here. Then he moved away and Vinne small took over. The lady in the office was very rude to me. I lived on the bottom floor, I am disabled. She accused me of using wet wipes in the toilet. She said the workman thought it in your bathroom and you were the only one that had that.I was using the wet wipes, because the toilet was overflowing. I didn't use them and throw them in the toilet. That bathroom needed to be cleaned because the shower got fall of poop too. I called their *emergency* line multiple times in the day to know avail. I never actually got any answer their workers just showed up hours later the only reason i gave two stars is because Reagan was the manager for part of the time

I have lived here for 5 years. Had alot of mold in the fall/winter season (especially in the closets and around the windows). The landlord does nothing about it (did not allow to paint) But when we moved out he charged me for having a moldy closet. 2. Very limited parking (landlord does a lot of policing, gave my wife a $75 fine for "going fast"). 3. Kids where not alowed to play outside. Recieved numerious emails about that. Never received my deposit back, instead he billed me me $3500 worth of replacements that he will have to do and within a month sold the debt to a collection agency.

Unfortunate that I could not get an apartment here due to simply bad timing, but it seems like a wonderful place to live. Very quiet, well kept and the manager was very helpful and informative.
