Love the product but wish the service was better. First, when you order there is a section that said required so you would think that would be everything required for you specific vehicle which they have. However, there are brackets you can order form them that bolt into the factory bolts of the f150z no where did it suggest these to me. Form watching YouTube install videos I assumed I was getting everything I needed. Once you order you find out it takes 3-4 weeks for them to ship you your bedslide. So I waited patiently and very excited! When it came the factory brackets were missing. I emailed them and then jumped o their site to find out it another $200 for the brackets. Thats fine but I wish you would have suggested them from the get go do I didnt have to wait to get my brackets so I could actually use the bedslide. When I emailed them about it and suggested they add those brackets to the required Pyle additional accessories section, they emailed back and never even acknowledge my suggestion. Now that if ave the brackets I installed the bedslide and the lever you pull to real ease the slide doesnt come out enough to release it. I called and left a voicemail first thing and have never received a call back. Like I did the bed slide is awesome but the service leaves you w sting more. These would be pretty simple things to fix. Hopefully they see this review and take a good look at improving. Im not sure Id recommend the product when service is lacking.
