Parenting Time Supervision Services

Arlene has been a true blessing to me and my kids. Shes been very informative, interactive, and helpful in many many ways for me and my kids. She created a super fun environment for us to be in and has provided activities that both kids have enjoyed. My visits are during dinner time so I bring dinner each week and weve been able to have that special sit down and eat time together. She was very forward and up-front on how things would work which gave us a guide line to follow which has truly helped me integrate rules and boundaries. For example I wanted to bring abunch of gifts for my kids on my first visit and she explained that we couldnt do that and when and how is the right appropriate time to give gifts I understood fully why she has those policies. My kids have also enjoyed Arlene and I know they like her too. I recommend Arlene for anyone who has to do the supervision!!

This woman is a straight up liar. She claimed on a comment to Haelee Holdens review she didnt see the gifts and money being handed off. I was who those things were handed off to she walked the father down the stairs. She was right next to him when he handed those things off they were not small there is no way at all she was unaware and he did not do it in secret those things were in her view the entire way down the stairs as they were in his hands. She saw him hand them off to me and has no excuse to claim she didnt notice them no longer in his hands when she told him to wait with her till i was out of sight as i walked back to my car. I was not aware of the no gifts policy untill i got back yo my car where the kids and their mom were waiting for me. But the visitation lady was very aware of all that happened and knew this violation took place she watched it and now claims she was unaware to try to discredit a review she recieved to save face. Shes more worried about her own reputation then the wellbeing of the children she is supposed to be protecting. This woman is biased and does not properly do her job. Go to her at your own risk. There is not a professional bone in her body. Since i can't reply to your response here it is..... I never blamed you for the outcome. I simply pointed out a blatant lie you used here to try to discredit an honest review of you. This isnt defending my significant other. I was there when you watched the handoff i was there when you walked him down the steps with a huge coloring book and other items in his hand that you saw him hand me and also saw no longer in his hands when you told him to wait with you till i was gone. I dont feel you lied i know for a fact you did. This is not a forum for you to stroke your own ego and try to discredit honest reviews to save face. This is for others who have experienced you to share their experience of you. So your response isnt needed in fact its nothing but manipulative and false. Your sad attempt to make yourself look good. I hope people see the truth of you and see how even here you cant be honest. You feel the need to attempt to make it look like we just have a grudge. I dont know you to have a grudge and honestly im not upset with the court results. Im furious with you and how you not only lied in court but continue to lie even here about something i witnessed with my own eyes. You are not a good person and should not have your current position. You gonna have someone post another fake 5 star review to try to counter this 1 star review? In the i dont know how many years you've apparently been doing this, you got her bad review and had to have someone post a 5 star to balance it out so about 3 total it says 4 but it only shows 3. Seems you are going to need a few more fake reviews. Odd how right after hers you got a 5 star lol seems like it was definitely planted to up your rating from 1 star as hers was your only review. But sure keep going on like you arent a manipulative snake in the grass.

My daughter has been engaged in supervised visits with Arleen Marie for the past two years. She is credited and was court recommended through the attorney I had at that time. In the time she has spent supervising those visits she has gone above and beyond. Shes always been thoughtful and respectful. My daughter has had a chance to heal by feeling safe in her relationship with her dad, having her voice, concerns, and feelings heard, and by observing a strong woman (stronger than me) as a role model. My daughters mental health was headed down an extremely concerning track and Arleen in my opinion has been integral in helping create a brighter future for her as an at risk kid. I cant thank her enough. I will admit that at first it took me a bit of time initially to trust her completely because I wasnt sure what to expect, but over time Ive really come to look up to her as a role model. Arleen is a woman you want in your corner if your kids need to be safe with a parent and you are trying to work on being a stronger and healthier version of yourself. I have observed her patience, professionalism, honesty, boundaries, and excellent communication I would hope any supervisor could demonstrate. She is nothing short of a well of wisdom and a miracle and I am grateful for her place in our lives and thankful she has the opportunity to help other kids.

This place is absolutely terrible. It's super small and cramped and the lady who runs it who is supposed to be a professional and a neutral party And only care about What's in the best interest of the The children Definitely Plays favorites. She lied in court for my kids's dad. Lied about me, manipulated my kids. I don't know how she can sleep at night. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Not even my worst enemy. She's a scammer and has no idea what she's doing And should never supervise parent children visits. She also Violated HIPPA rules and regulations on paperwork that I filled out. Giving my kids dad personal information of my kids like their date of births and who knows what else. And she violated The No Gifts policy both parents were required to sign on the initial paper work allowing the father to give gifts after a visit when she escorted the father downstairs to exit the building.
