Attending Well Being has positively transformed how I view myself, how I communicate, how I want to live a loving life. I highly recommend diving in, safely pushing your comfort zone, and gaining the insights to change your world! It was a top three best experience of my life.

I came into learning well very resistant to the learning. After day one I really started to listen to the information being given to me and enjoying what I was learning and ended up having a great time and learning a lot not only about myself, but others! My only feedback I would share would be to provide some sort of snack or dinner if possible since the days are so long.

I was asked to attend the WellBeing Seminar at the Learning Well with some co-workers as a way to bond. This was a horrible experience for myself and my coworkers and completely inappropriate for professional relationships. Beyond the inappropriateness of the expectation to share deeply personal things with not only my co-workers, but complete strangers framed as "Vulnerability", the Wellbeing Seminar puts pressure on the participants to re-open wounds from trauma with no support, or trained professionals in the building. The most experienced person there was a counselor. People were having intense emotional responses and NO SUPPORT TOOLS WERE DISCUSSED. I had to actively check on one participant because they were having such a hard time and the staff did not help or intervene! This was distressing to not only the participant but to myself as I am not trained to help someone going through things like this and I was really worried about them! This seminar has the potential to really mess people up psychologically, and had I spewed my past trauma, I would be put back in a bad place mentally. This seminar's aim is to point out all the flaws and shortcomings of the participants so that they want to take the next course Crossover to "fix" themselves. One of the support staff even said this in their speech about how Crossover changed their lives. This is a culty MLM that just wants your money, be very aware of what you're getting yourself into if you decide to take courses with them.
