I was on hold for 1 hour & 10 minutes, and still didn't get a hold of anyone. I gave up. Getting a hold of anyone is next to impossible. Dealing with this company is worse then diversion, court, and fines put together. Plus whats up with them being open on Saturdays but access to it for the public is closed? People work and can't call during mon-fri and their business hour schedule is confusing.

Horrible customer service! I called to dispute a quote they gave me about free monthly calibrations and the lady just hung up on me when I was asking why they told me it was free. If I knew there was a service fee every month I would of went to a different company that only requires calibrations every 2 or 3 months and saved a couple 100 dollars. I wouldn't recommend this company and their shady tactics to get customers to sign onto them!!
