Dealing with Intoxilock is not a fun process. The people at this shop were very helpful dealing with this process and getting me set up. They explained what to expect and were very helpful in getting me set up and going.

The people at the company are trying their best, but this whole system is messed up. Ive had to put off eating some days just so I can drive my car and make a living. I could go on all day about the problems Intoxalock has, but to summarized my point it has made my life extremely difficult, and it has drained my time, energy, and finances.

Customer service representatives dont speak clear engish.. absolutely impossible to communicate. A signed lease was excepted on the 11th of may. On the 19th we were told no lease was signed. We did it again. Submitted and excerpted. Called to verify it was signed....and was told it was signed on the 11th. She blamed it on a possible internet error. unacceptable!! I asked to speak to a different person who could speak English....no !!
PLEASE EVERYONE.... READ THE USER GUIDE VERY CAREFULLY....TO AVOID PAYING FINE AFTER FINE. get all information from the person who sets up your account, after the installation, you will never get to talk to that person, who claims they are there to answer any questions and help you. Get names, phone numbers and extension numbers. They use multiple numbers.

They were very informative and priced as well. The side of my door was scratched and the lady said it was dirt after touching it. It was a very fresh scratch. Also the inside door handles were greasy.

This mechanic shop is awesome, Intoxalock are crooks. When they over charge you hundreds of dollars they wont send you the money theyve taken back, instead they say we just credit it to the account. Which is just keeping you locked in with them by holding your money hostage
