I came here yesterday see if I could get a hook installed on the back of a photo I'd already framed myself. I was helped immediately by the owner who installed a sturdy wire on the back free of charge! I hadn't even bought the frame from his store. It was such a kind gesture. I've only had the best experiences here, I highly recommend this shop and I will be coming back.

I've had 6-7 prints framed there since moving to Medford 2 year ago. Nice triple mat on my favorite prints from New Orleans. Had an old Pee Wee Herman tour t-shirt from 1982 in SF framed there also.  Marvin saved me $$$ going in a different route that I wanted to.
