a few months ago I wrote a less than satisfactory review of the store, today I am pleased to say my review is better. I have seen significant changes in the Medford store. it is cleaner, more organized and the customer service has improved. there is still a wait sometimes but I know that every business is challenged with employees right now. I am not sure if corporate has offered more help or if local management is responsible. whichever it is I am glad, thank you, I appreciate the store being in our area and shop there frequently.

Went in to purchase a sewing machine. Already had in mind which one I was interested in. There were only 5 Singer sewing machines on display. No other brand on display but found them underneath the counter, locked up. Asked the gal at the fabric cutting station if she could help me (she had no customers,) she acted like I was asking her to do something out of her duties. Finally she opened the secured machines and told me she couldn't open a box. I asked her the prices on two machines, she had difficulty getting the hand-held scanner to read a price. When I informed her of the machine I wanted she asked another sales person to help me because she didn't feel like carrying a box to the cash register today. The other two employees were helpful and kind. However, I will Probably think twice before making another purchase from them.
