After listening to the hearing again I can not advise you enough to run run run from her. She will not protect you and she actually said things to that judge that violated attorney client privilege... I will be contacting the Oregon Barr to see if to much time has passed to file a complaint with them. Scary

She's actually really knowledgeable and does her job. Her rates are also really reasonable. I've had some horrendous experiences with other lawyers in the valley. She was one of the best I met.

I wanted to post my impression of Colette Boehmer as my attorney.  I think Divorce is always a traumatic time in your life but I really appreciated her guidance and confidence when I felt like I didn't know what I was doing and was very afraid. Watching her in the courtroom was kind of awe- inspiring if that doesn't sound too corny! I always felt like she had my back and she was very clear and direct with her questions & had a way of being non-threatening but at the same time assertive so she got answers that I don't think she would've gotten had she been a "bully" from my ex.
