I paid wendy a $5000 retainer to help me gain custody from a temporary guardianship with my sons grandmother. She used my whole retainer making calls to me, filled a motion and an in person interview. We never even seen a judge. She made decisions based on emotion and not facts. Im not perfect by any means but you dont treat people knowing it took me 4 months to come up with the retainer. I borrowed half of it from my sister and Wendy withdrew from my case two weeks before court. She knew it would get pushed back AGAIN. I have to say Ive had public defenders that fought 100x harder then Wendy would ever do. I still dont have a lawyer or the retainer but I will figure it out. There not keeping my son from me. Im a great dad. Worst attorney Ive ever came in contact with. Dont waste you money keep moving on to anyone but Wendy.
