      image I took my wifes ring in to get cleaned and the older lady who looked like she should be working somewhere else spent less than 5 minutes assessing and cleaning it. The ring literally looked like nothing had been done to it.

      image Omg! I wish every single sales experience I have had in my life time(&the future to) would have been as amazing & wonderful as the time I've been able to spend with Shanna & Alex. I've had to go Kay Jewelers in the mall twice for 1 item that was bought for me for Christmas. I really was dreading the experience. Until the 1st time.... but each time I've needed to come in, they have made things so simple and easy for me. I can't wait to come back to see Shanna for Jewelry that I want to get.
