KAY Jewelers rocks! I had gotten my wife's engagement ring from them and hadn't had it serviced till recently. They did a super good job in cleaning/restoring the ring. Getting their diamond insurance was worth it!

Maria and Mercedes were both very sweet and patient with me. They took the time to help me pick out gifts and made sure they were wrapped beautifully. An amazing experience, definitely recommend these two beautiful ladies

I brought in two rings to be cleaned and they had to send them out. I expected this and we received notice 7 to 10 days later that the Rings were ready to be picked up. When I went to go pick them up I noted that they had not refinished one of the Rings properly as part of the Ring had a brushed finish on it they had polished it instead of brushing it. I had them send it back out and also decided to have the ring resized just a bit. 7-10 days later I received a call that the ring was back but they had not brushed it as was requested and they would have to send it out again. A week later I get the ring back. They brushed it but the workmanship was mediocre. The brushing was uneven in places and part of it was missed altogether. I have been with Kay for 20 years but this experience has been disappointing. Only one other bad experience with them a long time ago which almost ruined our wedding but an employee worked hard to rectify it.
