      image If you are looking for the bare minimum out of an insurance agent, this is your guy. If you ask him to review your policy, he will do everything in his power to keep that from happening. The best part is that if he has something important to tell you, It will only be via email as he will refuse to talk to you in person at all costs. If you do get lucky enough to pin him down on a policy review, he will gladly let you know that you should probably shop somewhere else for insurance. One nice thing is that if you leave Lyle but stay with American family, they can probably save you close to $100 a month that he couldve done, but was just too lazy. Why was I not surprised that one of his reviewers is his own family
