New Horizons is a home care company like no other. Their staff is very professional, kind, and courteous. They go up, and beyond. To make sure, all your needs are met, and do it in a timely manner. Whenever they come to my home, they clean, as though it's spring cleaning. My hair is washed, I'm given a nice warm shower,dressed in warm clean clothes, and my meals are hot, and waiting for me. I have never had to depend on others to do for me. Nor did I ever want to be. However do to my health, I've had no choice. This company has came in, and immediately made me feel so relaxed, and at ease. I am so grateful. When you're dealing with Cancer, and Copd, life can be a challenge. Having them take care of me the way they do, helps me to face life in a positive manner. Anyone who's thinking about getting home care. I tell you, you will not regret getting that care with New Horizons. Jeff the owner, is an amazing man of integrity. When you see the owner of a company, still doing work just like any of his employees, that is a hard working man. He's also very humble. God bless you all on this journey of life.

My caregiver jourden devey is the best I've ever had here at new horizons. She is super funny and outgoing and will go above and beyond to the point where she feels more like a friend, she does excellent work.

If i could I would give this company 0 stars. This company is a nightmare. I wouldn't want them taking care of any of my family. They don't care about their clients or caregivers and refuse to help whenever it's most needed. You will spend hours on the phone just to get no answer. If you work for them they will schedule you and not tell you so you miss shifts. They also discriminate against younger caregivers by firing them without any reason and then withholding paychecks from you. This company is truly the worst one to go through!!! Choose someone else to care for yout loved ones don't let these people get ahold of them
Caregivers with this company have been reported for sleeping on the job, neglect to show up for shifts and failure to properly follow state guidelines for caregiving. Probably one of the worst companies I've ever known.
