My wife is a 79 year old lady that has Congestive Heart Failure, Lung cancer that came from here breast some 20 years ago, Sleep Apnea, and she is on Oxygen 24/7. On March she fell and broke her right arm. After a trip to the ER, we saw her Internist three days later. I asked for Home Health person to help with her bathing. The doctor contacted Southern Oregon Home Health. Three people came out and all they did was take her vitals. Each time I thought it for bathing my wife, but on no. When the fourth person call to schedule an appointment I asked what they were going to do. Guess what, no help with bathing, just to take vitals again. We refused that appointment.
I then went to their office and talked to the manager of the business. I told her I did not need someone to take the vitals because I am a retired firefight and was an IMT and had the equipment to take vitals. I needed help for bathing my wife. When I left her office I thought we had an agreement to have someone to bathe my wife an to have a physical therapist come out weekly. Last week my wife did get help bathing but the physical therapist canceled his appointment. This week no one has called to make any appointments. WOW and someone gave this company 5 stars. My opinon is that this company was just milking my insurance company and medicare for all the money they could.

Your team of nurses has been very professional n personable with good open communication whenever there is a question/concern that may arise. Giving me n my elderly husband/wife clients sincere honest n sound advice n helpful hints, tricks to get by in a pinch every time, all the time since coming on board as of the 1st of the yr 2020. I'm grateful for all your assistance in helping/training myself n other family members (as needed) to perform tasks needing to be done during in between times when you're not able to be there in keeping my people as healthy as they can be with their medical needs. Your 24hr. Service has been a godsend to the whole family unit as we've had to call you multiple times during after regular business hrs to come over to the house when there were medical issues that came on suddenly. Saving us all from having to spend hrs upon hrs in some ER waiting room that usually does not provide nor produce any real fixable results per say.
