Marie is simply amazing. Her knowledge and skill in pricing a house to sell and in negotiating a purchase are unparalleled. She has sold two houses for us, both in tough markets and both houses in somewhat tough locations (busy streets, etc.); we received solid offers within a matter of hours of listing. This tells me that both were priced appropriately due to her expertise, and that her marketing was on point. Marie also just helped us with our 3rd house purchase over the years, and was able to negotiate even better terms as new details came up in the negotiation process. Her suggestion was something we wouldn't even have thought of. We've worked with her for 15 years; I've recommended her to friends and family on dozens of occasions, knowing that they will be in excellent hands. Quite simply, we wouldn't DREAM of working with anyone else.

Marie is such a wonderful person! My whole family recommended her when we announced we were looking to buy our first house. I knew right away she'd be a great fit for us when she was a good mix of honest and optimistic about the timeline and expectations during this crazy time in the market. I really felt like she listened to us from the very beginning about what we wanted from a home. She is knowledgable, willing to educate so you feel empowered in your decision, and went above and beyond communicating with the listing agents. Marie was very helpful and informative in helping us make decisions for selling our home. It was by far one of the smoothest processes we have had. From listing to handling the offers and selling our home in 2 days. She kept us informed along the way and made sure if we had questions she was there to help. She used quality photography for promoting our home. She came highly recommended and didnt let her vacation stop her from continuing business. Extremely hard worker. Thank You Marie!

Marie goes above and beyond to make her client's dreams a reality. She has done this for our family over and over again. Throughout the past 12 years, she has helped us to accomplish goal after goal. From our adorable first home, to a short-sale purchase with an unbelievably quick timeline, and finally our forever farm- all of which exceeded every expectation. Even during this unprecedented year, Marie guided our family through a home sale and purchase without any indication that 2020 was happening around us. We often joke that we have bought and sold so many properties because Marie makes the process so easy and fun, and we miss talking to her regularly, so we do it again!
