As many reviewers on here have stated, this company will scam you for all your money!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! They kept $2500 of our $3400 deposit with ridiculous claims of things being damaged and/or not clean.

I have used them twice for Rentals and they are so quick to respond, They are Friendly and I feel welcome when I am in their office.

L Moore has been helpful and as understanding as possible with some needs we have had. We have been with them going on 3 years and they have always addressed things we have asked for. I hope to get fair and honest treatment if and when we depart from l moore, and with the experience so far I dont see why they would not follow threw and deliver that kind of experience. I have recommended them to people and feel confident in the ethics they have shown us.

Terribly disappointed in how the experience ended with LMoore. Relocating to the area, we rented a house in Tigard. The rental experience was okay and Lori with LMoore was responsive to our needs so that part had been a pleasant experience. Unfortunately things turned sour when we served notice to vacant. There are very strict rules to get your security deposit back. Our deposit was $4,800 and I only got back $2,600, Which was well below what I thought would come back. I was charged almost $1,000 for carpet and house cleaning...I could even stomach that part...What I didn't like was getting charged $650 for Oscar from 'a Perfect House' to change 16 so-called burned out light bulbs. That's extreme!! I went through the house and changed out all the light bulbs per Lori from LMoore's instructions. Imagine my shock when Lori explained that a third of the house's light bulbs magically burned out between my move out day and Oscar's inspection. Anyway, I called Lori to express my disappoint in the charges. As one can assume, I received the proverbial "go pound sand" treatment...so all in all, I had okay experience renting but if you go with LMoore, BEWARE OF THE MOVE OUT SHENANIGANS!
