Beware! They folks began managing our Manufactured Home Park a few months ago and our park is becoming hell.
They are enforcing rules on some tenants that haven't been enforced in over 20 years which is illegal.
I explained this to Kandice Woehl and while she admits she knows it is illegal she says she is going to do it anyways.
Giving people 50 dollar fines for rules we never voted in, along with threats of eviction if we don't pay. I believe this is considered extortion?
As home owners we have rights, any new rules must be presented to the home owners and given 60 days to vote them in or out.
When I told her this she immediately gave me a 30 day eviction letter and then another one 30 days later. She tried to start the process of a no cause eviction.
I paid a 10 year mortgage on my home that they are obviously trying to steal it out from under me. These guys are predators!
Both legal aid and Manufactured home park resource center have gotten several calls from all over the Northwest on these folks. They lie and they play dirty. Beware!
