Only called a few times over the few years I was a patient here but every time I called in it takes about an hour of sitting on hold until I'm able to talk with someone. I ended up just switching clinics because of this. Consider hiring more staff...

I have consistently been impressed with the staff at Providence Mercantile. As a patient of 14 years, I truly feel safe and well taken-care of at this location.

I called the number provided by google 2 days on the roll, each day for an hour. I couldnt get a hold of anyone. I decided to come in their clinic in person to make an appointment. The front desk lady told me to go to the clinic closer to my house, mind you I live 5 mins away from this location. Then she said they are 1 year out for new patients to be seen without even put down my informations for waitlist or cancelation etc. I almost felt like she just wanted to get me out of their clinic quickly

They will BILL your insurance for sending a simple follow up question to your provider. That's right, you'll be CHARGED for using the "message my provider" in my chart. Shady and shameful cash grab tactic. Taking business elsewhere to a provider not charging for simple questions that relate to uncertainty with prescribed medications.
