Great overall experience. Dr. Yoon and staff well-informed and helpful. Minor confusion on delivery date of orthotics was quickly resolved. Refund of over payment quickly resolved as well. Would highly recommend.

Fairly unprofessional service. made an appointment without my consent, multiple emails to cancel the appointment and no follow-up for rescheduling.

I was in a lot of (foot) pain the last couple of weeks, I felt a lump, I thought it would go away but it got to the point where I couldnt hardly stand on it much less walk, I called urgent care, they said my chances of being seen were slim as they only did testings, so I google searched for foot doctors in my area and stumbled upon Dr Joon, I made an appointment, went in, filled out paperwork as this was a first time visit, less than ten minutes after filling out the paperwork, my name was called and I was in the exam room, the doctor came to see me less than five minutes after I got to the exam room, I told him my problem and he took care of it, this was a first for me, in all the times I have ever been to a doctors office in my life, this was the first time the whole appointment, from the time I walked in the office and filled out the forms til the time I left the exam room, took less than 30 minutes, I would highly recommend this man, he was friendly, his staff was friendly and I would go back to him again for any foot pain or injuries

Dr. Yoon was very easy to talk to and knows what he is doing. The staff was helpful and straightforward, making everything quick and easy. Anytime I have an issue with my feet I know where I can go!
