The whole service team was very good, but the final inspection at the time of moving out was very bad. Before moving out, I asked if I needed to hire someone to clean it, telling me that they needed their professional cleaning team to handle it, and the final bill showed that it would cost $210 to clean a 2 bedroom unit that was not dirty, and it would cost close to $200 to repaint some scratches, which was crazy, I only lived there for half a year, and their purpose was to not want you to take any deposit away

An amazing staff who offers a first class resident experience! The property is gorgeous and meticulous. They have gone the extra mile for me during a stressful move due to displacement by our recent storm. I cannot recommend Mercato Grove enough. You will not be disappointed. Truly a one of a kind property, worth every penny with all the extras, amenities and a staff that makes you feel like you are a VIP resident every single interaction.

Its shiny on the outside but so many problems on the inside. Management is not on top of it unfortunately and often dates, times, promises, and money get shuffled back and forth without the proper paper trails. Getting your unit serviced often goes by the wayside unless you make several calls. They are more concerned with getting people into the units then taking care of them once they are in. Its new-ish so makes for a nice place but the up keep and tenant satisfaction is low. For the high prices, you should be getting A plus service.

We have moved into Mercato Grove over 2 months ago and have had a wonderful experience living here. Elly helped us from the moment we walked through the doors and up to this point with any questions or concerns. She did an amazing job in working with our budget, finding us the perfect floor plan for our family, and accommodating any needs we had. Mercato Grove is beautiful- state of the art gym, a pool, bbq grills, duck pond, lounge areas including one with a pool table, gaming room, dry cleaning service and a big kitchen/dining area as well as private meeting rooms that can be rented. In addition, they have a bike storage area, pet spa place, steam room, and a parcel room for packages. We feel safe here since everything is locked and accessed only with a key fob that residents have- its like living in a gated community. The upkeep of the building and grounds is amazing too- maintenance needs are taken care of around the clock. Truly a beautiful place to live at with management that is very helpful and professional. Shoutout to Ivonne and Emma too for going above and beyond for the residents. Our favorite apartment so far!
Edited to add: they have the best pizza place right in the plaza outside! As well as a sandwich shop, smoothie place, coffee shop and an Italian restaurant.
