Randi is the best agent we have every worked with by a LONG shot. I've never worked with someone in any capacity, professionally or personally that works as hard, as efficiently and as quickly as Randi. There isn't a word for her level of dedication and commitment to not only helping you through the process but being proactive about taking the time to talk you though every possible scenario and prepare you for the whirlwind that is real estate. She single handedly saved our most recent transaction when we should have been dead in the water 10+ times -- After the selling agent, our mortgage broker and the appraiser all quit, Randi worked morning noon and night to pull us through to get our perfect family home. Randi doesn't make you feel weird or awkward about asking questions, that to some might seem simple, she goes above and beyond in not only her role but to compensate for others. If she doesn't know the answer (which is rare) she finds out and gets you the information you need to know ASAP. This is the worst realtor office ever really. They only care about the bottom line. Berkshire and Hathaway are the way to go. Bought my home through Coldwell Company supplied selling it now through Berkshire and Hathaway. They tell me I should have sued.
Thank you She actually was a wonderful agent as a person. However we paid at the top of the market at the time. We moved from out of state. It is my understanding that it is the agents who would watch the market values and advice. Our agent in the others state did that wonderfully.
For what was wrong with this property we should not have paid what we paid. & Yes I thought seasoned person. So she should know if this is good or not with all info her inspector provide.
BUT the person she recommended as a contractor looked at the house and was only interested in what he could make. And not what was wrong. We have put at least $60,000 into this house and it was not for pretty updates. It was stuff that had to be fixed.
But thank you for your response. It wasnt that she wasnt nice. She was a very nice person. It was that no one, not one person at your office wanted to help us when we have an issue. But thanks for your heart felt response.
