UPS Customer Center

I love UPS, but this office is the worst I have seen. They are always getting my address wrong so my pickups are not getting picked up. Also my deliveries are going to others homes. They cannot seem to read an address correctly.

Not at the local UPS store, but when calling 800 number for information. Automated calling could not answer question, never forwarded to live body to find answer. Poor service.

The delivery Driver that services Jefferson and Adams avenue, Sarah I believe, Will leave 6 huge packages out front if within 2 second your not at the door. I even opened it and she just started unpacking the load OUTSIDE the building. Her patience with her customers is very thin. Maybe she needs a new route that's not as hard.

How about a little Customer Service, when I have a return I get a label thrown on the porch and not even a door bell to let me know the driver is there, How about a second to put the label on to take it with them, Isn't that the drivers job? Instead, I put the said label on the package to go back and NEVER see the driver again EVEN when they bring another package to the house and the return is right there on the porch. How much effort does it take to just grab that and take it with you?
