The care Jemma received was excellent, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time taken with her.

I tried to post earlier and it was erased. My experience wasn't good. Because of a "foul-up" on credit card I wasn't able to pay except 100.00. The charge for blood tests which took about 5-7 minutes was 523.00. Because I wasn't able to pay this exorbitant amount I signed a promissory note. But instead of waiting for those payments they were somehow able to withdraw unauthorized money from my checking account this making it impossible to pay my other bills for that month except rent and necessities. I also have never heard of a charge that high for blood work. A part of the charge was for the exam but never the less I felt the charge was really high and the getting money out of my checking account underhanded. Nor did I get a copy of test results of blood work. I requested a copy of the promissory note but never received it. I would not use this clinic again.
