The best out there!!! Like to start out saying she is the most honest person out there! We looked at a lot of homes in the rogue valley. She was always open minded with me in my options and always gave good advice when the homes werent in good shape and possible problems down the road. Amazing realtor and person. You couldnt find anyone better. Words would fail to describe the work ethic, demeanor and care she gave to me in finding the perfect property for me. She listened and never tried to fit me into a property but found the property for me. Above and beyond every step along the way. You hands down will never find a better realtor with heart than Evelyn. I truly appreciated all the time and effort she took to listen and seek out what I wanted rather than make a quick sale.
