We had the worst experience trying to work with this place. We tried to book a vacation rental through them (not an inexpensive one). I called and spoke with the person in charge of the short term rentals, who told me she'd call me back with information. She never did so about four days later I saw it still was available on vrbo and sent a booking request. No response. I sent another booking request. Booking request cancelled. I called back and she acted as if I was getting her in trouble and told her they couldn't access the online booking sites for the property (huh??) but ASSURED me I was on the calendar. Two weeks later, concerned that we hadn't received anything in writing, my husband called back. They said that person no longer worked at the company and that the property wasn't available for those dates!! They told my husband they'd call him back with other options and they NEVER did. Seriously they care about making money and clearly have no concern for customer experience. Given the dates we wanted are in June, which is very popular, we now are out of options completely in Jacksonville and our group is having to completely split up and find 3 separate accomodations. I can't even express my frustration with this business.
