Our storage is D022- have hard time to hold head quarters about rats and rats poops, we did went check out was like almost 4 month ago was nothing. Until two or three weeks ago ago my daughter say look alll over poops and unsure if rats or mice live in storage? Wish I do take pictures I will check again by next week March 23,2024 been calling that people gave me and never call back or anything, only is calling us is bugging for money money, we only get once a month mean on 26th between 9 to 10 am and want pay rent I have no problem however they seems didnt want check as rats poop is alll ove4, they don5 care all do is money. And they want me to remove this told them no

I buy storage lockers at auction. Gambled on a ten buck unit at this location for a kinda cute looking couch. RATS BAD! I knew it the second I opened the door into the building, everything smelled like mildew and rat piss. Cute couch was in fact cute, but total trash due to rat poop and pee. I've bought units at dozens of storage facilities. This was one of the top 5 worst I've been to Filthy!
