United Water Restoration

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Wish I had read reviews before I approved them to take asbestos test. They are charging $767 for the insufficient asbestos test. Because they didnt get the results to me for almost 30 days and because Service Master could show me that the test in my ceiling was inadequate I had to have Service Master retest. Service Master charge (same lab) is $177. Unbelievable. Thinking small claims court is in my future. Luckily, I cancelled United and went with Service Master before they did any other work. They didnt install humidifiers and repeatedly said I didnt need them. I believe they didnt have equipment available so told me I didnt need it. Luckily Service Master came to the rescue. My ceiling and wall was full of moisture and starting to mold. I had humidifiers for three days in all areas and one area for an additional three days because of the moisture reading. This is the same area that United told me I didnt need humidifiers! United cherry picks to provide the work that gives them the biggest $$$ returns. Will tell you that necessary work isnt needed when it is needed and approved by my insurance.

Jake is fantastic. After a water leak, Jake answered enough questions to determine we didnt need his services at the time. Very helpful and trustworthy. I will not hesitate to call in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Jake from United Water Restoration. We didnt know the extent of damage when we called them, and Jake was able to come take a look within a day. He walked us through our options and didnt try and upsell. Our water damage ended up not being bad enough that they recommended us getting work done, but we will definitely keep them in mind for future work and refer friends and family to them.
