    The sales team - particularly Russ - at Weston Kia is fantastic. Russ was honest, professional, and helpful, and he gave us a great deal on a new Telluride (which my wife absolutely LOVES and I highly recommend)! Russ was quite new to sales, but he started with the right kind of attitude and was surprisingly knowledgeable about Weston's inventory and the many functions and features of their vehicles. Aside from that, the new breed of Kias are stylish, well-made and feature-packed at a lower price than comparable vehicles from other auto manufacturers. I'll be giving Russ a call when I decide to replace my old Saturn in a couple years.

    Our car purchase today went exactly as I would expect a car deal to transpire and I simply could not be happier. We discussed price and options over the phone and through texts with the salesman, Denny Joseph, and settled on them. He took our personal information, a deposit, and held the car for a few days until we could get to the dealership (90 miles away). My wife and I took the afternoon off and drove to meet him. When we arrived, he immediately confirmed the price and details and took down information on our potential trade in before we went for a drive so that the paperwork would be ready when we returned. The car was exactly as we expected with no unasked-for, added dealer options or hidden fees. The offer on our trade was what we expected as well. Best of all, there was no hard sell and no pressure, just a genuine desire to make sure that we were getting a car we liked and that we knew as much about it as possible to make a purchasing decision. It was all about honesty and respect. He was knowledgeable and thorough in going over the cars features with us, reviewing the many optional settings, making sure that was set up to our needs. He and the Weston dealership set an example that exceeded our expectations in every way and we could not recommend them more highly.

    We had the most amazing experience buying our first brand new car at Weston Kia. We worked with Joe and he was amazing! We had looked for the perfect car for over a month and we dealt with a few dealerships and they dont compare to this one! Joe was able to get us approved within less than an hour and even before going in to the dealership! Once we went in to sign the paperwork, we were out of there within an hour. He explained every detail very well and was very responsive when my husband and I had questions. These guys made everything super easy and did not waste our time! Im happy with our purchase and with their amazing customer service! They truly make you feel like they care! Thanks guys and thank you Joe for all your help!

    During a routine oil change I was told that there was a nest in the air system and was asked if I wanted it cleaned out. I said yes. They charged me $130 and left a mess of debris on the passenger seat, under the passenger seat and in the back seat. Wouldn't you think they would vacuum up the debris after blowing out the air system? They also did not replace a piece of carpet under the passenger side dash that they took out (I guess to access the system). Not going here again for servicing.
