I have had the pleasure of calling Randy each year at open enrollment time. He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Randy is very understanding, compassionate, and will talk to you in terms you can understand. You couldn't ask for a better guy to help with your insurance needs!!

I worked with RC Insurance just last week, having been contacted by a representative after submitting a request for help through the Healthcare.gov website. Specifically I worked with a gentleman named Randy, who is super knowledgeable and kind. He was able to answer my questions and even direct me towards a better solution and outcome than I had originally intended. This despite the fact that this outcome wouldn't necessarily benefit him or compensate him for his time. You don't find people or businesses that are people centric all that often so I really want to spotlight what a great experience I had working with Randy. He was able to help me and direct me in a time of need with great care and compassion. Sometimes people are awesome, and you have to take the time to express your gratitude for these seemingly small kindnesses. Thank you Randy.
