During the Oregon wildfires I was told we were not covered. By somebody who didn't know what they were doing. Then I could not reach my agent for 3 weeks. More recently I have tried to reach my agent for three weeks in a row calling two to three times a day leaving messages. I have yet to get a call back. I am at a point now I am looking for new insurance.

We switched our insurance needs to Allstate last year when we had issues with service from our SF agent. We have been very please so far with our agent Maryanne Avecilla, with attention to detail service and great rates. We also have enjoyed the easy to use app, with everything available right on our phones.

Didnt like feeling rushed to get a policy

I have been an Allstate customer for nine years and so far this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Nothing was set up right on my auto pay and no one ever contact me to let me know my payments weren’t going through until I got a notice from corporate that they were going to cancel my policy. Upon calling to pay my payment monthly is now double what it was and I cannot get a hold of my agent to try and make it right.My last agent I had if I was even late one day made sure I received a notification that I missed a payment which would have been nice so I could have corrected it immediately. When calling customer service they weren’t much help either! At this point I can say I am probably no longer going to be an Allstate Customer and will be looking for a new insurance company to better provide me as I just need somebody who’s willing to take my money with ease and make sure I’m insured!
