I came in today to the Gresham Station store and working with Robby. She was wonderful, made recommendations based on products she used and also understood my skin type and what was best for it. She also didn't recommend anything that would have made me look older or fake. Wonderful experience.

I shopped here for the first time in a few years on 12/21/23, I used to be an avid Ulta shopper, but the last few years they seem to employe nothing but 18 year old little c u n te bitxhes at this store. The nasty little girl that checked me out with her ugly as$ acrylic nails the other night can honestly rot in hell. She had such a poor and disgusting attitude immediately. I hadnt even greeted her for my checkout yet, and already felt and recognized that she was angry she was even working. Hire people that appreciate a paycheck enough that they dont have an immediate poor attitude with long time paying customers. I only shop here now during Christmastime for a reason. I used to spend $3,000+ per year, but the nasty little girls they keep hiring ruin the experience completely. And I say that as someone who is a cashier at local grocery store and also deals with customers of ANY variety constantly. Much more difficult than catering to girlies at the makeup store, yet I can maintain a positive and professional attitude. The people that work here cannot be positive or professional.
