Hardly anything for men, I didn't even find shaving cream

Never shopping here again. The interaction I had Saturday evening with three staff members was the worst experience Ive ever had. I was made to feel like I shouldnt have been in the store, I was looked up and down, given looks like I was an eyesore to look at, laughed at and whispered about right in front of me. If someone comes in makeup free and not all dolled up they shouldnt have to deal with excessive mean girl energy and bullying. Some of the staff that works here need a lesson in how to treat people because it was AWFUL. I should have gotten their names but I was too upset and rushed out of the store.

Im a family member of a reviewer that was made today. This is in regards to the way she was treated by not only the manager but two employees who worked on Saturday around 5. My reason for this review is to truly encompass the aftermath of a bunch of mean girls treating someone as if they are nothing. My sister was and has been in tears after what can only be described as cruel, judgmental abuse. Ive been a customer here for years, and after hearing about her experience, I will NEVER step foot into this Ulta again. This may do absolutely nothing but I do not care. To hear about this kind of treatment towards others who are just trying to pick up an order is astounding and absolutely disgusting. May the people who treated her like this look in the mirror and only see the ugliness of their souls!

Amber and her team are killing it! If you havent already seen this beautiful location, you are missing out. They are always so helpful and kind too, which makes it even better. Super clean, friendly staff, lots of great brands, whats not to love.
