The condition of the apartments and lack of security caused a lot of anxiety and ultimately made me and my family feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The breezeways leading to the front doors are infested with spiders, spider webs, nests, bugs, it became embarrassing when having company and its just not ideal. The apartments are very drafty and have insufficient insulation and single paned windows, our energy bill was significantly higher than average year round. Living on the lower floors means experiencing every sound from neighbors, particularly in the bathroom, which can be unnerving. The floors also creak loudly with each step. The lack of security is alarming, as there have been multiple instances of vehicle break-ins and vandalism. The absence of security cameras and poor lighting in the parking lot contribute to this issue. The park across the street, while seemingly nice, attracts a lot of traffic, especially on weekends. Some people stay and party late into the night, playing loud music. Unfortunately, the park has also been the site of several shootings. Additionally, the rent keeps increasing without proper care of the apartments. Overall, these issues make for an unpleasant and unsafe living situation.

The maintenance man does an incredible job and is helpful and very respectful. The prices are pretty high but we do enjoy living here. Red Sunset Park is a great place to go for walks. Some things I do not like about this place is that they do not do scheduled apartment checks. They just tell you the date and you do not have a day in it. I wish it was a little more leiniant because we have a dog that gets extremely scared when strangers enter and I was not able to be home last time. Also do not like the parking. My boyfriends car got stolen from parking on the street. They could also maybe look into another way of contacting people about work being done. I sometimes dont get the emails and get scared when I hear work being done. Otherwise a beautiful place with nice people.

I toured these beautiful apartments earlier today & the person touring me was kyrin! He was super friendly & helpful with all of my questions. Pricing is fair and its a beautiful complex with a park across the street.
