Grants Pass Plumbing

A friend discovered a toilet leak this morning at her business where there are often clients who need to use the restroom. I was going to replace the fill valve which was sticking, but discovered the shutoff valve leaked a lot when turned off, so it went above my paygrade. Called Grants Pass Plumbing around 10:30 and the lady said they'd be out between 2 and 4. At 1:30 they arrived and were finished by 1:45. Tightened the wall valve nut and repositioned the fill valve so the float wouldn't drag on the tank wall. No parts necessary. It's nice to have people who know what they're doing. Well the fabulous family run Grants Pass Plumbing did it again! My old corroded/rusted galvanized pipes were breaking so I had to have the entire house re-piped - ugh. I really dreaded the whole ordeal but knew it had to happen. I feel like Lindas a good friend even tho weve never met & have only communicated by text or phone. And Jordan & Dustin were fantastic. Very efficient, happy to answer my nine million questions & even quickly fixed an issue w one of my toilets. They completed the entire job in 3 days (was expecting maybe 5) And I was only out of water for a few short hours today. For friendly, professional service, use GP Plumbing!!

They showed up ahead of schedule, very polite. Got right to my needed repair on a 101 degree date. Great job guys!

Horrible customer service. They told me they came, but never bothered to call to confirm an appointment or let me know they were having issues finding my house. They brought up the instance 2 years later when I called for service and then refused to come when I mentioned they'd never told me of the issue previously. I world never recommended this company to anyone.
