I have been calling Quinn's since some time in the 80's for well related problems at my parents home. They have always been quick to respond and provide exceptional service! When I bought my first home they became my first call here as well. I thought they were the best in their business for decades now. Last Wednesday they proved that I underestimated how exceptional they really were. When I got home on Tuesday evening I found out that my water was out. Through normal homeowner diagnostics I discovered it was likely the pump. Knowing that I was supposed to start prep for a colonoscopy on Wednesday I was quite honestly panicking a little. I called the next morning and Jeff was amazing. He was able to give me some pretty accurate "worse case" ballpark figures and send a crew out within a few hours! The crew turned out to be the owners son Rob and helper JJ. What a great couple of guys. They put my mind at ease as soon as they arrived and began diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately for me the pump was the problem but within a couple of hours I had water again. Rewinding a bit I did not know how I was going to be able to come up with the kind of money that a new pump was going to cost. With Jeff's ball park I was able to know how much it might be. Knowing that it might take me a day or two to come up with all of it they were still willing to come out. We were able to work out a plan and they had my water back on in a matter of hours! I'm sure it didn't hurt that I've been calling them for several decades, but what great service! Thank you again! I cannot recommend you guys highly enough! Fast, courteous, professional, kind, family owned and operated local business! It really doesn't get much better than that when you need well work done on your property!

Quinns was amazing from top to bottom. We got scheduled fairly quickly and even during the busiest time of the season our technician Robert took the time to completely get us comfortable with our equipment. Definitely using Quinns anytime we need our irrigation pump or well pump serviced.

We woke Thursday morning with no water. I called Quinns and they told me theyd get me in asap. Not an hour later Patrick called showed up and right away diagnosed and gave a quote. Thad and Patrick were amazing and got the job done quickly, professionally, and correctly. I cant say how grateful I am for their dedication and support Thank you again Patrick, Thad, and Quinns!!!

Annual well check hadn't been done since 2019.... My husband always took care of these things. My husband passed away in 2019. I am now 80 years old and know things need checked on. Not having any noticable problems, but. My reason for writing this review was about the service tech. Joe was so kind and patient.
