        Wonderful place to work, I work for this company and run a community in Medford. Administrator at Heidi Lane is loving and caring and goes above an beyond to make sure her residents are cared for. Building is clean atmosphere is very inviting. Home cooked meals three times a day, activities and snacks three times a day. Resident are happy and always smiling and willing to give hugs when you want one.

        The facilities in GP are poorly run, furniture needs replaced, houses are not kept clean, I have heard the night Caregiver sleeps on the job, constant turn over of Caregiver staff. Admin is burned out from overwork. I would not place my family in these facilities.
