        If I could list a negative I would. No personal care, no hygiene residents REEK of body odor. No safety, no grooming, malnourishment and dehydration need I say more? Do not send your person there.

        The furniture in the Grants Pass houses are awful and need to be replaced and haven't. The constant turn over of staff caregivers is horrific. I heard the admin was wrongfully fired and now they have no staff nurse. House has stained carpets and the rooms smell. No activities done with residents. Staff would rather be on smart phones. I would never put my family in this facility
