Clean friendly and the location

Almost a mile high with 360 degrees of amazing Vistas. Unless you have a dirt bike you'll have to hike up the last 1/4 Mile by foot to get to the lookout.

The location is excellent, but the community and management are snobbish and unwelcoming. Adherence to a cult-like family atmosphere is disconcerting to periodic guests!
