started working out here in January 2024 from day one I have been warmly greeted by all the staff and treated like family, they are encouraging to one another to achieve goals as a teem , this gym is teem orientated, they all work together nicely providing excellent customer service, clean environment And comfort being true to ourselves As individuals in our own routine and different style trying to grow they are upbuilding with positive reinforcements validation support of results. I have already made friends in a short time this is essential support of Mutual goals, supporting the entire health community achieve their individual dreams here at Gladstone.

I dont like leaving harsh reviews but this place has left me no choice. Im hoping they see this and things change. Here goes nothing: The spray bottles can be empty when youre looking to wipe down the equipment, same with the paper towels. Were talking like 50%-60% of the time theyre empty. Finding clamps is impossible, for such a big company you would think clamps would be littered everywhere. If you have your own I suggest you bring them. The outside trash cans are ALWAYS full. The faucets in the mens locker room are starting to leak, the hand dryer has been broken for at least 1 month now. On top of it all their customer service SUCKS. The counter crew is always busy on their personal phone or talking to other team members/customers about non related gym things, all while Ignoring the people that are coming in to workout. Ive had countless experiences where I walk in and theres no acknowledgment or good bye when I leave. If youre a pretty girl working the counter, FORGET ABOUT IT, 10 out of 10 times the manager/supervisor are distracting them from taking care of the customers. Ive over heard, in passing, conversations that dont involve work. That same scenario includes a no greeting when I punch in or good bye when leaving. This place is clean enough, better than it use to be. Props to the cleaning crew!! Ive been a member at this gym since 2019, before that I would go on/off because I didnt live here. Ive been a 24 hour member since, I believe, 2006. Management matters and this time around it isnt so hot. My main reason for staying here is for the convenience of the location.

It's very clean and the people are nice and stick to themselves. They actually clean the pool area daily including the spa
