After being a regular patron for years, the assistance provided by Gwen today made me sit down and write a review. The selection/variety of toys and hobbies is great at Elephant's Trunk. The quality of service, knowledge and joy that Gwen brought, made today's shopping experience exceptional. I highly reccomend trying Elephant's Trunk for your family's toy and hobby needs, and I hope you are lucky enough to get Gwen to assist you.

I had a great experience at elephants toy trunk today, Gwen asked immediately if she could help me find what I was looking for, Gwen found exactly what I came in for. We jumped for joy together. She recommended me similar products to items I was looking for. Definitely will be returning. Update: I returned! Gwen was amazing as always, Gwen called multiple stores to help me look for an item, found that item and had it placed on hold for me! I was shown multiple products that I might be interested in as well. I now come to this store just to talk to Gwen!

Gwen showed me, my mom and my daughter of some amazing toys, puzzles, sensory gifts and plush critters that made excellent birthday gifts ! She was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable !
