Anthony helped out tremendously, got the insurance to cover the majority of the recovery of the vehicle, with only liability insurance. They only charged a couple hundred for storage and the title which was fine with me compared to the price of the tow bill. I would recommend them for any recovery of a vehicle within a waterway. The prices might be high but they know how to go about getting insurance to cover most of the cost and they know the laws that insurance companies must to follow.

Horrible experience! Will manipulate the situation and send the biggest wrecker to the smallest job. Charge almost a grand for 3 miles round trip. Horrid customer service and they will laugh at you when youre down on your luck. 10 out of 10 would sell my broken car to a stranger before calling these guys again :/

Puddle Jumper Towing, Recovery & Auto Transport LLC you guys should absolutely be ashamed on how you conduct business. A college kid thats going to school full time broke down on the way to class and while trying to find a solution to get it home you guys towed it. Then wanted to charge him over 900 dollars to get it out or that he could give you the title and 350 bucks and youd call it even. (The tow was less than 3 miles round trip mind you) absolutely disgusting!! I would walk 100 miles before ever calling this place STAY CLEAR!
